Synopsis
Self-conscious Maisy has one goal before the year is out: her first kiss. Meanwhile, nerd Ben is confronting the terrifying possibility that being average might be his permanent condition. A sweet, funny coming-of-age comedy.

London-based writer-director Hillary Shakespeare made her feature directorial debut with Soundtrack to Sixteen, co-written and co-directed with her sister Anna-Elizabeth Shakespeare under the banner The Shakespeare Sisters.
