A pair of art forger siblings in Miami join forces with a disgraced millionaire while an FBI Art Crimes agent closes in.

Synopsis

In Miami, siblings Raymond and Coco Zhang’s art forgery ring flourishes when they encounter a disgraced millionaire in need of their expertise. Meanwhile, FBI Art Crimes agent Emily Lee investigates mysterious paintings appearing across South Florida. A family comedy about bad decisions, beautiful lies, and the value of things we make by hand.

Director

Malaysian-born writer-director Jing Ai Ng was raised between Malaysia and Miami and is based in Los Angeles. A graduate of the AFI Conservatory, her short Delta won the 2019 DGA Student Film Award for Best Asian American Director. Forge is her feature debut, premiering at SXSW.
